Mushroom Hut farms began as an idea 10 years ago as owners, Darby and Tara, began exploring growing mushrooms in addition to their growing “backyard” food source of multiple gardens. Having healthy, unique, and clean food is important and they wanted to share this food with their family and friends. This challenge of growing food quickly turned into a passion and started to expand into different high-quality cultures into their library of fungi.

Today, Mushroom Hut caters to chefs, resorts and local markets and specializes in gourmet mushrooms and medicinals.
